Return and Cancellation
Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are not satisfied with the products you received, or if they are defective in any way, feel free to issue a return.
We accept requests for returns within 7 days from the date the product is received. The product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date the request is made for your refund to be processed.
All returned products must be in their original condition. We will issue a refund to you as soon as we have received the returned products.
Shipping and insurance fees are not refundable.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
It is recommended to use tracking services and insurance for your returns, as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged as a result of the return shipment.

--A 15% processing fee applies for the cancellation of any order.
--If the total cost of an order that qualified for free shipping is reduced to the point where it no longer qualifies for free shipping as a result of returned items, the free shipping will be deducted.
--If the total cost of an order that qualified for a certain discount is reduced to the point where it no longer qualifies for that specific discount as a result of returned items, the discount will be deducted or reduced accordingly.
We do not accept exchanges. Those who wish to exchange a product are advised to issue a return and make a new purchase.
